All your expenses in one place

    After launch you will see all your expenses in one page, so you don’t have to scroll anywhere. If you want to add expense, just press row in table and type a value. That’s all !

Simply data input

  Expenses was designed for quick adding new expenses. Only what you have to do is press the row and enter the value. However, you can add note and date too, just scroll text field to the right or left.

Expenses has built in its own number keyboard, so it is really comfortable to enter the numbers.

Since 4.0 update you have to choose cycle of your incomes. You can choose 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month or none. Cycle is really important, because app counts and sorted your expenses into this cycles.

Financial history

    Rotate your iPhone and you will see history of your expenses. Expenses are sorted into categories, which is showed into footer, which is scrollable. Touch your expense to delete it or edit.

Preferences

    Maybe you want to control your finance more precisely. So you can add your incomes and track them too.

    Select your budget in app preferences and then you are able to add your incomes. App starts since now tracking your available money and shows them in the first row on the main screen. The background of the row changes its color according the amount of money.

Time selection

    4.0 update brings over 40 new features and one of the most important was time selection. Since 4.0 version app was used only for tracking money for one time period (e.g. one moth) and then you should export your expenses into Microsoft Excel and store your data there.

    Now Expenses can handle all your expenses and you don’t have to export them, if you don’t want. Thanks built-in features like Core Data framework, app can handle large amount of data and sort them.

    Just touch the bottom left calendar icon, which show current date and select your time period. After touching Done button you will see only expenses, which was created in this period. Expenses are sorted into your current categories. If you have deleted some category, all expenses from this category will be categorized into “Unsorted” category. Isn’t this cool?

Income features

Editing

    Editing of expenses is really useful feature. You can edit date, note or value of expense. You can add expense attributes too...

    What is attributes? Expense can have 2 attributes: “Hide from budget” or “Repeating”

    Hide from budget is good option how to store your expenses, which you want to have saved, but you don’t want to count with them in your budget. For example - you have bought new computer, but you don’t want to ruins your ordinary budget, because you have bough it from other money.

    Second option is good for permanent payments. For example - you pay every week for train, so you can add attribute: “repeat every 7 days” and every 7 days app adds this expense into your budget.

    Users like if they can personalize their app. Expenses offers personalization, so you can set up many options.

You can have not one, but more budgets. Each budget can have unlimited amount of incomes and categories.

    You can e-mail your expenses from each budget in HTML format as table. Expenses will be exported from current time cycle. It is also attached .CSV file which contains the same data, but you can use them in Microsoft Excel on your computer.

    If you want to export more budget at once or from specific time period, there is this option too. Just go into Export section, select time period and budget and send .CSV files by e-mail.

    User can choose his currency too. By default is set up appropriate currency for his country, but he can change it.

Other features

    App supports English, German, French and Czech and we are working on other translation. Other smaller but not less important function are: showing percentage values, password protection, erasing all values and history data and more
